We use wheat from Caputo, a company founded 100 years ago in Naples, Italy, the home of pizza! Our wheat-based bakery, Ore no Bakery Ebisu, is a wheat expert, and our pizza dough is made in-house. The dough arrives daily and is fermented in-house. Once an order is placed, the dough is rolled out, topped, and baked, so you can enjoy it piping hot. It's soft, chewy, and delicious!

[Finished in a Parmesan dish] Rich and delicious risotto ♪

The piping hot risotto, cooked in a pot, is then placed in a large bowl of Parmesan cheese! The cheese inside is grated and mixed in to finish the dish. The rich flavor and saltiness of Parmesan, with a hint of sweetness, is perfectly combined with the unique flavor and aroma of porcini mushrooms, one of the world's three great mushrooms. The risotto is then prepared right in front of your eyes.
